| Detailed Reason (s) for cessation | Mr Koh Teck Chuan will retire as the Chief Executive Officer, Frasers Hospitality, and relinquish all other management duties he holds within Frasers Property Limited (the "Company") and its group of entities (the "Frasers Property Group") with effect from 1 October 2021. Mr Panote Sirivadhanabhakdi, the Group Chief Executive Officer, will oversee Frasers Hospitality, a strategic business unit of the Frasers Property Group, with Mr Koh supporting the transition process over the next few months. The Board of the Company thanks him for his dedicated service and contributions to the Frasers Property Group. Please also refer to the attached press release for more information. |
