| Description | Reference is made to pages 17 and 18 of Frasers Centrepoint Trust s Annual Report 2014 relating to the Board of Directors of Frasers Centrepoint Asset Management Ltd. ("FCAM"), the manager of Frasers Centrepoint Trust. FCAM wishes to clarify that: (a) on page 17, the designation of Mr Anthony Cheong Fook Seng, who is a Director of FCAM, should be stated as "NON-EXECUTIVE AND NON-INDEPENDENT DIRECTOR" instead of "EXECUTIVE AND NON-INDEPENDENT DIRECTOR"; and (b) on page 18, the designation of Mr Bobby Chin Yoke Choong, who is a Director of FCAM, should be stated as "NON-EXECUTIVE AND INDEPENDENT DIRECTOR" instead of "NON-EXECUTIVE AND NON-INDEPENDENT DIRECTOR". |
