| The Board's comments on this appointment (including rationale, selection criteria, board diversity considerations, and the search and nomination process) | Frasers Logistics & Commercial Asset Management Pte. Ltd. ("FLCAM"), the manager of Frasers Logistics & Commercial Trust ("FLCT"), has identified Ms Anthea Lee Meng Hoon as the successor of Mr Robert Stuart Claude Wallace, who will be stepping down as Chief Executive Officer ("CEO") of FLCAM with effect from 14 August 2023. Ms Lee will take over as the CEO with effect from 14 August 2023, subject to regulatory approval as required under the Securities and Futures Act 2001 of Singapore. The Nominating and Remuneration Committee ("NRC") of FLCAM has reviewed and considered Ms Lee's qualifications and working experience and are of the opinion that Ms Lee is suitable for the role of CEO of FLCAM. Based on the NRC's recommendation, the Board of Directors has approved the appointment of Ms Lee as CEO of FLCAM. Please refer to the attached press release for more information. |
