Ltd. on 16 August 2023 (Announcement Reference SG230816INTRMXL3) (the "Original Coupon Announcement"), in relation to the interest payment for the S$500,000,000 4.49 per cent. green notes due 2027 (ISIN Number: SGXF29028044) of Frasers Property Treasury Pte. Ltd. guaranteed by Frasers Property Limited. Please take note of the following corrections to the Original Coupon Announcement: (1) the field for "Coupon Period (both dates inclusive)" should be "16/03/2023 TO 15/09/2023" instead of "16/03/2023 TO 17/09/2023"; and (2) the field for "Number of Days" should be "184" instead of "186". Except as corrected by this announcement in respect of the fields for coupon period and number of days respectively, the terms of the Original Coupon Announcement remain unchanged. |
