MEDIA STATEMENT Important Notice: Beware of Scam Accounts on Telegram Frasers Property Limited ("Frasers Property" and together with its subsidiaries, the "Frasers Property Group" or the "Group"), has been alerted to the existence of unauthorised Telegram accounts impersonating Frasers Centrepoint Trust and/or Frasers Commercial Trust, as well as representatives of these entities. These fraudulent accounts may attempt to engage with shareholders and the public, or solicit sensitive information under false pretenses. Please be aware that any messages from these accounts are part of a phishing scam. The Group, which includes its sponsored REITs -- Frasers Centrepoint Trust, Frasers Logistics & Commercial Trust and Frasers Hospitality Trust -- will never use Telegram or any other social media channels to request personal or financial information. Frasers Property urges shareholders and members of the public not to respond or share any personal or financial information. Please report any suspicious accounts or messages to Telegram immediately. |
