The tender price took into consideration, among other things, the greater flexibility which the acquisition can bring in unlocking the long-term potential of the site. A tender fee of S$1,000,000 has been paid to the vendors and the balance tender price shall be paid in instalments upon the occurrence of certain milestones until completion of the proposed acquisition. The acquisition is in the ordinary course of business. The Company will make the appropriate announcement on SGXNET in the event there is any material development which warrants disclosure, in compliance with its obligations under the Listing Manual of Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited. |
