| Description (Please provide a detailed description of the event in the box below) | Further to the announcements dated 25 February 2019, 12 April 2019, 8 May 2019, 28 May 2019, 4 June 2019, 24 June 2019, 3 July 2019, 7 August 2019 and 15 August 2019, please find attached an announcement released on 20 September 2019 (the "Announcement") by Frasers Property (Thailand) Public Company Limited ("FPT"), an indirect associated company of the Company listed on the Stock Exchange of Thailand ("SET"), of its intention to make a tender offer to delist the securities of Golden Land Property Development Public Company Limited ("Golden Land") from SET after certain conditions are satisfied, including the requisite approval of Golden Land shareholders. For more information, please refer to the Announcement. The said conditions include the requisite approval of Golden Land shareholders; in this regard, please also find attached an announcement released on 20 September 2019 by Golden Land that it has scheduled the extraordinary general meeting on 20 November 2019. |
