| Detailed Reason (s) for cessation | Mr Colin Low Hsien Yang has resigned to pursue other professional interests outside the real estate industry and will cease to be the Chief Executive Officer of Frasers Hospitality Asset Management Pte. Ltd. ("FHAM") and Frasers Hospitality Trust Management Pte. Ltd. ("FHTM"), the manager of Frasers Hospitality Real Estate Investment Trust ("FH-REIT") and the trustee-manager of Frasers Hospitality Business Trust ("FH-BT") (collectively, the "Managers"), respectively with effect from 10 April 2021. The Boards of the Managers thank him for his service and contributions to Frasers Hospitality Trust ("FHT"). The Managers are in the process of recruiting Mr Low's successor, and an announcement will be made in due course. |
